How do I make a spreadsheet with AI?
- Describe the columns and what it is for: “A monthly budget with rent, food, transport, a total row and how much is left from $3,000.”

- Ask for an Excel file. The .xlsx downloads with the formulas in place, ready to fill in.
Can it write Excel formulas?
Yes, and explain them. Ask “what formula gives me the total of column B when column A says Food?” and you get =SUMIF(A:A,"Food",B:B) with a sentence on how it works. Formulas you ask for are written into the file, not pasted as text.
Can it sort a spreadsheet or remove duplicates online?
Yes. Attach an Excel or CSV file and say “sort by last name”, “remove duplicate emails”, “only rows where the amount is over 100”, or “total sales by region”. Klaizon saves the result as a new file and tells you how many rows went in and came out, so nothing disappears silently. Your original file is kept.
